When refunds are approved, processing typically occurs within 10-15 business days. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Work Completed
For cancellations during service delivery, clients will receive all work completed up to the cancellation date. This may include partial documentation, reports, or database files as applicable.

Digital Deliverables
Digital reports, databases, and documentation files are considered delivered upon transmission or access provision. These deliverables are non-returnable, but we can address concerns about accuracy or completeness through revisions if applicable.
